Pixel art

Pixel art is a form of digital art created through the use of raster graphics software. Basically they are images and animations created and edited on the pixel level. Graphics in most old computers, consoles, graphing calculators, mobile phones and video games are mostly pixel art. There is a scene that is alive and kicking of pixel artists. Pixel art has had a few revivals and one of the latest is that many new indie game creators use pixel art.
